Missing/Make-Up match pending from 6/24/24 - King Pins vs. Club 99

HALF WAY POINT. NO NEW PLAYERS ALLOWED WITHOUT OFFICE APPROVAL.

League start time is 7:15 pm with a 15 minute grace period.

If a dart does not register correctly, please communicate with the other team immediately.  DO NOT JUST GO UP TO IT AND HIT IT.  You may also be able to text a picture to the opposing team for verification.  BUT THAT DART MUST STICK IN THE BOARD.

This league is a REMOTE LEAGUE with the “Option” to travel.

If you would like to travel to the HOME teams’ location you can.  Communicate with your opponent at least 24 hours in advance of the match.  That particular HOME team will not be obligated to do so in return.

Both Captains must agree.  AND PLEASE LET OUR OFFICE KNOW IF YOU OUR TRAVELLING ( I have to charge the correct Operator for the fees).

THE SHOT CLOCK IS ON! – 45 Seconds

Shot Clock: The shot clock sets a time limit for a player to throw their darts.  We have it set at 45 seconds.  That means the player has 45 seconds to throw a dart.  If the player doesn’t throw a dart in that time frame, the player loses their turn.  If the player throws a dart within the time from, the shot clock starts for the next dart and etc.  If, at any point the player doesn’t throw a dart within the time frame, that player loses the rest of their turn. PAUSING DURING A “GAME” IS NOT TO BE ABUSED.  Please use the pause minimally, in emergencies only.

The dart boards will NOT tell you when you are FROZEN

HANDICAPPING WILL BEGIN WEEK 1.  Using each players’ latest PPD/MPR

Just a reminder!  You can enter a player’s PPD & MPR from last year.  See the SPRING 2024 player PPD/MPR list on the website.  If and only if your new player is not on this list, they come in at 25.00 PPD / 2.5 MPR.

Contact Karen by 4:30 pm the day of leagues to enter your new player and their PPD/MPR.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO PUT A NEW PLAYER IN MORE THAN A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME.

!!!!   If you are entering names, enter FIRST & LAST name only.  NO NICKNAMES ARE TO BE ENTERED ON THE BOARD!  If you want nicknames you must inform the office (call, email, message, etc.) and I will enter them for you.  Nicknames are limited to up to 7 letters long.  Nicknames only appear while playing and will not be on the standings so I am providing a “Team Roster w/Nickname” so you can verify whom is whom.

WHEN PLAYING REMOTE YOU MUST SELECT PLAY REMOTE LEAGUE

Each team will pay a $24.00 ($12 per person) per night which is inserted into the dartboard (cash only).  If there is an error, please let me know ASAP. $13.25 is for the cost of the games and $10.75 is the player fees.  The player fees are paid back 100% at the end of the season in the form of awards and prize check.

Speaking of awards. With 8 teams in this league, we will have a Sponsor plaque and individual trophies for the 2 regular players for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.  IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO GET THE INDIVIDUAL TROPHIES please let me know now (at the beginning of the season) so our trophy guy can get the correct amount of trophies ordered.  The sooner the better.  And, you will be reimbursed the costs of the trophies on your prize check.

$23 each for 1st place ($46 total) and $18 each for 2nd & 3rd ($36).

There is not a banquet for the Spring/summer leagues.

You may have up to 10 players on your team up to the ½ way point.  If players are added after the ½ way point, your roster will be dropped to 5 including the new player added.  NO NEW PLAYERS CAN BE ADDED DURING THE LAST 2 WEEKS.
